Our mobile app is being upgraded – Update your WiseGym app!
Our mobile app is getting an upgrade, and the new version will be available for download from app stores during [weekday xx.xx.2025]. All our customers should update their app to the new version to ensure its continued functionality. Special attention has been given to providing an even better user experience in this update.
The updated WiseGym app features a completely redesigned user interface and appearance (note: the image shows a general draft of the app).
Redesigned User Interface, Appearance, and Color Scheme
The updated WiseGym app features an entirely new user interface, which has been redesigned from the ground up. The design takes into account the best practices in mobile app design, as well as the feedback from WiseGym customers gathered through a user study conducted in the summer of 2023.
The design also considers the app’s future development: the new foundation enables the planned future updates and enhancements.
Overall, the app is intended to be more intuitive and user-friendly than before.
Dark and Light Themes
In the new app, users can now choose whether they prefer to use the dark or light theme.
Modern Technology for Ensured Security
The app upgrade enhances its security features and ensures preparedness for future security threats. Most of these security enhancements are invisible to the user but are vital for the app's integrity.
New Features
This released version is the first iteration of the redesigned app, and our system provider, WiseNetwork, will continue to develop the app as planned. In the next phases, new features requested by users will be added.
Update the App in Your App Store
All our customers should update their app to the new version to ensure continued functionality. The old version of the app will no longer be supported in the future, and new features added to the app will not be compatible with the older version.
You can easily access the updated app by updating the app in your device's app store to the latest version. Our app is available for update on Apple devices through the App Store and Android devices through Google Play, starting from the date mentioned at the beginning of this message.
If you have automatic app updates enabled on your device, the updated app will be installed automatically. See below for instructions on how to enable automatic app updates.
Please note that the app update and usage require at least Android 10 or iOS 13. You can continue using the old version if your phone is not able to update, but some features may not work.

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
Select Settings
Network Settings
Update apps automatically
Choose the option:
Over any network: Apps will update either via Wi-Fi or mobile network.
Over Wi-Fi only: Apps will update only when connected to a Wi-Fi network.
iOS
Go to Settings
Tap on App Store
Enable the App Updates option
If automatic updates are not enabled, the app must be updated manually through the app store.
If the app does not update automatically on your phone, and you do not manually update it, many features of the app may stop working. This includes functionalities such as opening doors and booking group fitness classes.
Check Your Username and Password in Advance
After the update, the app will ask you to log in again. You can use the same credentials as before. If you've forgotten your password, you can set a new one.
We kindly ask that you check your username and password before updating the app to ensure you can log in smoothly. If you experience any issues with logging in or resetting your password, please contact our customer service ahead of time. This will help us avoid any potential congestion in customer service.
Allow Notifications
Once you have updated the app, make sure that you have enabled notifications and subscribed to the notification topics you prefer. You can find these settings under the "User" tab in the "Notifications" section. Here, you can verify and enable the necessary settings.
